Everton Community Association (ECA) is a registered charity (charity no. 1044718) and has been in existence for approximately 30 years. Whilst it has seen changes in committee members, its purpose remains the same, to provide activities and events that are inclusive and benefit the social welfare of all Everton Residents.
All residents of Everton are considered members of the ECA and are welcome at any of our committee meetings, this gives the community the opportunity to influence, participate in and support future events. As a committee we always welcome volunteers to help organise these events.
The committee is made up of officers, general members and representatives from local facilities and clubs.
The committee organises and supports local events within the village, most recently a Jubilee Fete (2022), Coronation Fete (2023), a children’s Halloween Party (2023), Coffee Mornings and D-Day Commemoration Events. We are always looking for ways in which we can bring the community together in social and fun ways.
In addition to events, the ECA also funds and produces The Everton News, a bi-annual community magazine that is free and delivered to every household in the village.
